In Home Aides

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The in-home aide will provide or assist with personal care (i.e., bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair).
  • The in-home aide will assist the client with all forms of ambulation recommended by the registered nurse of our agency, Liberty Healthcare, and other authorized individuals licensed in North Carolina to participate in a client's plan of care.
  • The in-home aide will assist the client with the self-administration of medications that are ordered by a physician or another person authorized by state law to prescribe.
  • The in-home aide is required to perform incidental household services essential to the client's care at home.
  • The in-home aide is required to record and report changes in the client's condition, family situation, or needs to the agency registered nurse.
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Certified Nurse Aide I
  • Certified Nurse Aide II
  • Personal Care Aide

Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete intakes and discharges
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
  • Participate in referral processes for client recommendations to get additional services or receive a higher level of care
  • Provide individual and group therapy for active duty and retired military personnel and their families, adults, children, and families
  • Complete and submit documentation of the completion of each session within 24 hours
  • Provide supervision to paraprofessionals, direct care staff, and qualified professionals

Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist - Certified Prime for Life Instructor

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical substance abuse assessments for individuals who may have incurred driving under the Influence, driving while intoxicated, and while their licenses are revoked, or who have other issues involving the abuse of alcohol and other substances.
  • Review ASI-MV results from electronic surveys processed during a clinical substance abuse assessment.
  • Conduct a 16-hour alcohol and drug education from Traffic School.
  • Provide short-term and longer-term treatment for individuals and groups.
  • Provide longer-term treatment.
  • Review and approve out-of-state reviews
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)
  • Licensed Certified Clinical Addiction Specialist
