Excellent Foster Care in Jacksonville, NC

Spirit of Excellence Community Outreach, Inc. DBA Safe Haven is a private child placement agency providing therapeutic care, respite care, and family foster care in Jacksonville, NC. We offer a continuum of services for children with individual needs who require temporary or permanent out-of-home placement. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for the children in care, giving them love, attention, and guidance for positive growth and success in life.

Training and Classes

We train foster parents with the Trauma Informed Partnering for Safety and Permanence - Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting (TIPS-MAPP). First aid, CPR, and North Carolina Crisis Intervention Training (NCI) are included in our foster parenting classes.
